How to make beet juice for everyday

 

Ingredients

 

1.. One beetroot

2.. Half spoon black salt

3. . One Gooseberry

4. 5-10 leafs of Spinach

5. 1-2 small carrot

6. 1/2 inch small piece of ginger/ peeled

8. Lemon or lime

Use a small to medium size beet or Along with the popular reddish-purple beet, other varieties of beets are available including a golden yellow, white, and even a colorful rainbow beet

Add with black salt, gooseberry, Spinach leafs & and carrot be sure your vegitable are clean before juicing or blending them Add the beets to the blender with about 1/4 cup of water.

Chop the beets as finely as you are able. The finer the job you do, the easier your blender will be able to juice them.

Blend well……. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water until it reaches the consistency you desire

Strain the juice through a piece of cheese cloth to get the pulp and any large pieces of vegetable out.
